COMPENSATION GUIDELINES: A Concise History
In 2016, the Clergy Compensation Task Force was appointed by the Synod's Executive Committee with the mission of revising compensation guidelines. They embarked on this journey by studying guidelines from similar synods, such as those employed by the Atlantic District—LCMS and the Episcopal Diocese of New York.
