The Rev. Bob Cederstrom
We Are Resilient TOGETHER
The Pastors have stayed in weekly contact with one another, sharing our experiences and working through our issues primarily related to COVID.
Christ NHP Praise Band - songs for the day were One Love, Marching in the Light of God, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Bind Us Together, There was Jesus, Jesus is the Answer and Spirit in the Sky
We Are Hopeful TOGETHER
The COVID crisis made us uniquely aware of two issues. First, that through various medias we can cast a wider net and proclaim the Gospel far and wide. Second, the realization that unfortunately we may have unintentionally excluded members of the community from our glorious proclamation.

Lutheran Church of our Saviour in Mineola is celebrating their 100th anniversary and Christ in New Hyde Park is celebrating their 75th anniversary. Also, Pastor Vogerly is retiring from Our Savior in Port Washington after 47 years of service to that congregation.
God's Work. Our Hands, TOGETHER
We have been intentional about reaching out into the community. As an example, on June 27th Christ, New Hyde Park celebrated our first annual Pride Sunday and welcomed new faces from the LGBTQA+ community.
