We will be utilizing the innovative VPoll technology for voting during this assembly. All voting members are required to bring a smart device or rent one from VPoll. To participate effectively, each voting member must have access to an on-site dedicated smart device and its charger. If you do not have a smart device, you can rent one from VPoll for $40 for two days (quantities are limited). Please note that there will be a $220 replacement cost if the rented device is lost or broken.

Step One (Using the QR Code):
- Focus your camera on the QR code
- Click the link that appears once the QR code is captured
Step One (Using Your Browser):

Open the internet browser on your device and go to the VPoll website at
www.vpoll.mobi
Step Two (Log On Using Your Browser):
- Enter Access Code: MNYS25
- Click the JOIN button
Note: When entering the access code, it is NOT case sensitive.
Step Three: (Log On Using Browser or QR Code):
Enter your login criteria:
Note: When entering the login criteria, they ARE case sensitive.
Step Four: (Using Browser or QR Code):
- Tap the Select Polling Session drop-down arrow and select the polling session:
- MNYS Assembly 2025
- Click the Submit button
SUCCESS!
- If you see the message "Question will be broadcast shortly. Please wait..." you have successfully logged on to VPoll.
- There is nothing else that you need to do.
- When the assembly is ready to broadcast a question, it will appear on your screen.
