• January 6: Early registration opens

February 2020

• February 1: Deadline for plenary-time requests
• February 1: Deadline for resolutions and memorials; these are due by end of day, to [email protected]
• February 1: Deadline for conference nominations; these are due by end of day, to [email protected]

March 2020 

• March 2: Deadline for reports to be published in our Bulletin of Reports - Section B
• March 2: Deadline for Forum requests
• March 2: Deadline for Display Table requests
• March 2: Open nominations period ends
• March 2: Early registration, synod council members registration and retired ministers registration, close
• March 3: Regular registration opens
• March 9: Deadline to receive plenary time scripts and AV. These are due by end of day, to [email protected]
• March 16: Deadline to receive Display Table payment

April 2020 

• April 15: Regular registration closes
• April 15: Last day to cancel meal plans
• April 24: Bulletin of Reports will be published

May 2020  

• May 8-9: Synod Assembly

Summer/Fall 2020  

• Assembly Planning Committee, Worship Committee, Executive Committee, and Synod Council, all debrief the assembly
