2023 MNYS Assembly Timeline

January 2023           

• January 20: Hotel room reservation opens.
• January 20: Early registration opens.
• January 20: Conference nominations open. To make a submission, click HERE. 

February 2023​

• February 17: Deadline for plenary-time requests.
• February 17: Deadline to submit resolutions and memorials.

March 2023 ​

• March 3: Deadline for conference nominations. To make a submission, click HERE.
• March 3: Deadline for forums/workshops, ads, and display table requests.
• March 4: Open nomination begins. To make a submission, click HERE.
• March 7: Early registration ends.
• March 8: Regular registration opens.
• March 17: Deadline to receive reports. These are due by the end of the day via one of the forms located HERE or via email to [email protected]. 
• March 31: Deadline for ALL Plenary Time materials. These are due by the end of the day to Roberto Lara, Assistant to the Bishop for Communications and Development, at [email protected].

April 2023 

• April 6: Deadline for Hotel Reservations.
• April 14: Open Nomination period ends. 
• April 17: Regular Registration ends.
• April 17: Last day to buy/cancel meal plans.
• April 21: Bulletin of Reports and Synod Assembly resources will be published.

May 2023  

• May 5 & 6: Synod Assembly.

Summer/Fall 2023  

• Assembly Planning Team, Worship Committee, Executive Committee, and Synod Council all debrief the assembly.
