The Rev. Dr. Martha M. Cruz currently serves as Interim Pastor of Saint Barnabas Lutheran Church.

Pastor Martha has been an interim in four Metropolitan New York Synod congregations. She received her Master of Divinity degree in 1983 from Andover Newton Theological School and her Doctor of Ministry in 2018 from Fordham University. She also received a graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction from Fordham.

Pastor Martha and her husband, Synod Deacon Philip E. Jenks, are the parents of six adult children and have five grandchildren.
